Job Summary

Drive global marketing for a regulated life sciences portfolio by turning customer insights, scientific evidence, and competitive intelligence into impactful launches, multi-channel campaigns, and differentiated messaging that accelerate adoption and grow revenue.

  • Growth Strategy: Align portfolio messaging with customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights.
  • Launch & Adoption: Lead launch readiness with product management, field training, and promotional materials to overcome adoption barriers.
  • Evidence & Campaigns: Define evidence strategy with Scientific Affairs and translate claims into marketing programs and campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy: Align PI portfolio messaging with customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights.
  • Launch & Adoption: Drive launch readiness with Global Product Management and field training to accelerate adoption and overcome barriers.
  • Promotion & Communications: Partner with Corporate Communications to create omnichannel assets and ensure messaging consistency across sales tools and customer communications.
  • Evidence & Campaigns: Collaborate with Scientific Affairs to define evidence strategy and translate evidence into marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Portfolio Storytelling: Develop storytelling across the portfolio reflecting customer feedback and brand strategy.
  • Partnerships & Engagement: Build relationships with KOLs and lead advisory board VOC insights to shape marketing strategies.
  • Measurement & Optimization: Track adoption, revenue, and market share; analyze program effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, or Business; advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in global marketing and/or sales, preferably in MedTech, Biotech, Pharma, or other regulated Life Sciences industries.
  • Experience in Plasma field strongly preferred
  • Scientific or Technical background in PIasma applications, therapies, and markets strongly preferred.
  • Advanced sales and marketing techniques with strong knowledge of market execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently support sales goals and profitability.
  • Experience in product positioning and competitive knowledge of global markets.
  • Knowledge of global marketing strategies and market requirements, with working knowledge of global sales strategies.
  • Ability to assess and integrate customer needs and market trends the context of product systems and business capabilities and translate this into effective programs.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with multiple levels of customer organizations as well as internal cross-functional and regional teams.

Preferred

  • An equivalent competency level acquired through a variation of these qualifications may be considered.
  • Experience in Plasma field strongly preferred
