Responsibilities

• Create internal and external newsletters and communication pieces
• Manage our social media marketing efforts
• Manage the updates and upgrades to our Website
• Interact with our customers on a variety of levels
• Manage our online review programs
• Create print and video marketing pieces
• Manage online requests for service and information process
• Build brand awareness. reputation and customer awareness
• Act as the "Brand Ambassabor " building relationships with customers, industry professionals and future clients
• Work with Sales Team, Chief Revenue Officer and other managers and departments to execute innovative campaigns to align with strategic goals

Requirements

• Education in Communications, Marketing, Social Media Marketing or related fields
• Bachelors or combination of education and equivalent experience will be considered
• Experience with MS WORD, EXCEL and POWERPOINT at advanced intermediate level
• Ability to multi task and work in fast paced environment
• Excellent project management skills
• Proficiency in social media platforms and tools
• Knowledge of social media marketing and best practices for content creation and curation
• Copywriting and creation of compelling sales and marketing pieces
• Excellent powerpoint and deck building skills
• Ability to work as part of team providing outstanding service to all of our internal and external customers
