Responsibilities

Work day to day with Communications Directors and Managers in NY and LA to manage US release and awards campaigns
Assist with US awards campaigns by maintaining FYC blast calendar, creating invite graphics, and tracking event RSVPs
Assist with US campaigns for MUBI Releases, including press junkets, US festival logistics, premieres, and special events and screenings
Work with UK and Global teams to share screening schedules for release and awards campaigns
Work closely with distribution and marketing teams to brainstorm release and awards campaign ideas
Track press coverage and send press breaks
Book talent travel logistics and maintain schedules
Track and send press screener links
Support with monitoring MUBI’s press inbox and manage US press enquiries, routing appropriately
Staff and check-in awards and press screenings in NY, with support of agencies and NY MUBI team

Requirements

1-2 years as an intern or assistant in publicity and/or marketing
Experience in entertainment preferred, either at an agency or in-house
Working knowledge of software such as Google Docs, Adobe Suite, Mailchimp/Constant Contact, and Muck Rack/Cision or other press tracking systems
Fluency in English. Additional languages are a bonus
