Job Description

Responsibilities

Marketing & Property Promotion: Assist with marketing new construction homes, townhomes, condos, and homesites.
Prepare and update property marketing materials, flyers, brochures, pricing sheets, and presentations.
Coordinate photography, video, virtual tours, floor plans, signage, and other property marketing assets.
Ensure property information, pricing, photos, and availability are accurate across websites, MLS, and marketing platforms.
Help develop compelling property descriptions and promotional content.
Maintain organized digital files for listings, photography, floor plans, contracts, and marketing materials.
Social Media & Digital Marketing: Assist with creating and scheduling social media content for properties, events, community updates, and company initiatives.
Gather photos and video from properties, events, construction sites, and the community.
Help coordinate social media campaigns and track engagement.
Assist with website updates and keeping online property information current.

Requirements

Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)
Ability to Relocate: Granby, CO 80446: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Preferred

Real estate, hospitality, marketing, or construction/development experience is a plus.
Colorado real estate knowledge is helpful but not required.
