• Customer-facing Operations: greet customers, assess needs, assist with rentals, explain leases and fees, and maintain communication with management.
• Property Readiness and Maintenance: ensure units and common areas are clean, tidy, and presentable; perform basic maintenance and routine inspections.
• Administrative & Compliance: manage tenant docs, accounts receivable, cash handling, deposits, delinquencies, and routine reporting; ensure accurate records and timely communication with management.
