Responsibilities

• Regularly visit our referring dental offices to maintain and strengthen existing relationships
• Identify and visit new potential referring offices to introduce our practices and services
• Build relationships with dentists, specialists, office managers, treatment coordinators, and front-office teams
• Educate referring offices about our pediatric dentistry, orthodontic, oral surgery, and general anesthesia services
• Help referring offices understand which patients may be appropriate for specialty care, including patients who may require general anesthesia for dental treatment
• Follow up with referral offices and ensure they have the information and materials they need to confidently refer patients to us
• Develop creative ways to increase referrals and keep our practices top-of-mind within the dental community
• Track referral activity and identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and increase referrals
• Coordinate and attend community events, school events, health fairs, festivals, and other outreach opportunities
• Build relationships with schools, daycares, community organizations, and local businesses

• Self-motivated and able to stay productive while working independently in the field
• Organized and able to manage multiple locations, referral offices, events, and follow-ups
• Creative and willing to bring new marketing and referral-building ideas to the table
• Comfortable taking photos and videos and assisting with basic social media content
• A strong communicator with excellent follow-through
