Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage front desk operations
• Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and take detailed messages
• Follow up with leads and existing customers
• Assist with basic administrative tasks and data entry
• Capture photos and videos of customers, vehicles, and daily dealership activity
• Obtain signed media consent forms from customers
• Post consistently across all social media platforms (8–12 posts per platform weekly)
• Engage with audience through comments, messages, and content
• Monitor and respond to online reviews (Google, CarGurus, etc.)
• Encourage and collect high-quality customer reviews

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone
• Social media savvy (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Confident using computers, CRMs, and basic office software
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Outgoing personality with a natural ability to connect with people
• Comfortable being on camera and creating content
• Ability to multitask and stay proactive during slow and busy periods
