Job Description

Drive front desk operations and spa service quality as the Salon Manager/Front Desk lead.

  • Oversee daily spa operations and ensure exceptional customer service
  • Manage staff schedules, training, and team performance
  • Hire, interview, and onboard new employees
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment
  • Handle client concerns and ensure high client satisfaction
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance
  • Support sales goals, memberships, and retail performance
  • Coordinate appointments and front desk operations
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies
  • Develop marketing ideas and promotions to grow the business
  • Prior spa, wellness experience or clerical experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Google Workspace tools
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
  • Experience with front desk duties in medical or dental settings is a plus but not required
  • Knowledge of office management procedures including calendar management, data entry, filing, and proofreading
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
