Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Editing short-form video for Reels, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Creating posts from existing photos, video, and business information
  • Writing or polishing captions
  • Scheduling and publishing content consistently
  • Repurposing content across platforms
  • Helping organize content ideas
  • Suggesting simple local-focused content ideas
  • Paying attention to what content is actually generating inquiries, registrations, visits, or other customer activity

Requirements

  • Understands Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and short-form video
  • Knows the difference between content that gets attention and content that helps drive business
  • Has a good eye for visual content
  • Can work independently
  • Communicates clearly
  • Is reliable with deadlines
  • Can adapt to an established small-business voice
  • Can provide examples of previous social media or video work

Preferred

  • Experience with CapCut, Canva, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook is a plus.
