Job Description

Responsibilities

Create and publish approximately 1–2 social media posts per week
Create and send one email marketing blast per month
Help develop and execute our overall marketing strategy
Brainstorm creative promotions, campaigns, and content ideas
Help promote special events, seasonal offerings, and new experiences
Create engaging content that showcases our escape rooms and the customer experience
Monitor social media engagement and help identify opportunities to grow our audience
Help maintain a consistent brand voice and presence across marketing channels
Work with management to plan upcoming marketing initiatives
Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements

Approximately 2 years of experience in marketing, social media, communications, advertising, or a related field
Strong writing and communication skills
Comfortable creating social media content
Creative thinker who enjoys coming up with new ideas
Organized and able to manage deadlines independently
Comfortable working with email marketing platforms and social media platforms
Ability to take a marketing idea from concept to execution
Strong attention to detail
Self-motivated and willing to take initiative

Preferred

Experience with Canva, Adobe, or other design/content creation tools is a plus
Experience with photography, video, Reels/TikTok, or other short-form content is a plus

Salaries
