Job Summary

Monarch seeks a Founding GTM Systems Architect to design and evaluate AI-native GTM systems, build diagnostic frameworks, and decompose GTM into a structured set of jobs-to-be-done. The role emphasizes defining GTM data models and taxonomy, diagnosing failures, and pattern-matching issues to root causes. Strong experience in GTM intelligence, data platforms, and governance is required, with preferred background in advisory or transformation work.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design, specify, and evaluate AI-native GTM systems.
  • Build internal frameworks for diagnosing GTM failure.
  • Decompose GTM into a structured system of discrete jobs-to-be-done.
  • Pattern-match GTM problems to root causes and inefficiencies.
  • Contribute to a GTM data model, ontology, or taxonomy and evaluate related outputs.

Requirements

  • Spent years inside a major GTM intelligence, data platform, or advisory practice
  • Built internal frameworks for diagnosing GTM failure
  • Decomposed GTM into a structured system of discrete jobs-to-be-done
  • Formed opinions on agent governance, audit trails, and revenue truth in GTM workflows
  • Technically fluent enough to design, specify, and evaluate AI-native GTM systems
  • Experience designing a machine-readable GTM ontology and data definitions

Preferred

  • Experience at major GTM intelligence, data, or martech platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo, 6sense, Demandbase, Apollo, Bombora, G2, Clearbit, LinkedIn Sales Solutions, HubSpot, Salesforce, Gartner)
  • Built and ran an enterprise RevOps or GTM transformation advisory practice with 20+ engagements
  • Led a GTM research, benchmarking, or market intelligence function at a major platform with access to aggregate data
