Founding Growth Lead

Responsibilities

• Own the full growth motion, from cold outreach and in-person practice visits to activation and sign-up.
• Travel one to two weeks per month to meet physicians, advanced practice providers, and office managers, and test approaches for finding and converting practices.
• Build a clinician community through relevant online channels, conferences, events, and sponsorships.
• Run and manage experiments across field outreach, paid advertising, events, and sponsorships to grow the top of the funnel.
• Share insights from the field with the product team to improve the clinician experience and inform product priorities.

Requirements

• Four to eight years of experience in growth, provider partnerships, or go-to-market roles.
• Hands-on experience building a healthcare product's top of funnel from zero to one and activating clinicians or small to mid-sized practices.
• Experience at an early-stage startup, with the ability to work independently and adapt in a small, fast-moving team.
• Healthcare or clinician-facing experience, with work beyond enterprise sales, implementation, or account management alone.
• Experience traveling 40% to 50% of the time for market launches and conferences.
• Familiarity with a CRM such as HubSpot or similar, product analytics, marketing automation, Google Suite, and Slack.
• Authorization to work without visa sponsorship.
