Responsibilities

Build and scale growth marketing for an AI-driven SaaS company in logistics
Set up the demand engine from scratch: channels, tooling, measurement
Own the funnel and its metrics: MQLs, SQLs, pipeline and revenue conversion
Work closely with sales, marketing and agent delivery teams to drive demand and market adoption
Develop and run high-impact campaigns with cross-functional teams

Requirements

3-5 years as a growth marketer, demand generation manager or growth lead
Experience marketing enterprise technology with a sales-led buying process
Strong command of funnel metrics and revenue conversion (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline)
A clear “spike”: exceptional, proven excellence in a specific skill or channel
University degree; top-tier university background preferred
Able to work on-site 4-5 days a week in FiDi, San Francisco (preferred) or SoHo, New York
U.S. work authorization required, no sponsorship
