Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supervising daily operation and maintenance plan and ensures compliance with operational, quality assurance/quality control, safety, and environmental practices and procedures
  • Drive innovation through the development of best practices, operational and service efficiency as well as the identification of industry trends and tools that would contribute to our operational excellence goals
  • Acts as the Company representative with local clients
  • Markets and secures additional work with existing and new clients
  • Ensures resources are being utilized cost effectively to achieve site objectives
  • Provides effective counsel and direction, especially where corrective actions are needed
  • Ensures compliance with all regulations applicable to Wireline operations
  • Understands and ensures incident reporting procedures, including appropriate protocol for informing top management
  • Travel up to 75% as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • BS/BA Degree or combination of education and equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of progressive work experience working in Wireline Services
  • Proven and professional leadership skills and abilities with supervisory responsibilities a must
  • Must demonstrate ability to work in a team environment and willingness to assume additional or new responsibilities readily
  • Ability to set the example of integrity and honesty for all employees
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Ability to manage multiple/conflicting priorities with a strong track record of delivery
  • Ability to manage and develop assigned wireline crews
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Must complete and pass all required pre-employment screenings.
