Field Marketing Sampling Specialist

Responsibilities - Execute product sampling demos at retail locations, events, and pop-ups - Connect directly with consumers, create memorable brand experiences, and drive awareness and trial of our products in retail locations, events, and community spaces - Engage customers in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner - Educate consumers on product features, benefits, and brand story - Distribute samples and promotional materials effectively - Set up and break down sampling stations, maintaining a clean and appealing display - Track and report demo activity, customer feedback, and inventory usage - Follow all health, safety, and compliance guidelines Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent - Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred - Previous experience in promotions, retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Outgoing personality with confidence approaching new people - Availability for weekends and some evenings
