Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Direct Marketers
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly performance against key production goals
- Spend meaningful time in the field training, coaching, and reinforcing expectations
- Build a culture of accountability, competition, recognition, and consistent execution
- Partner with leadership on staffing, performance improvement, and overall team growth
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in canvassing, direct marketing, sales, or another performance-driven environment
- Proven ability to lead, coach, motivate, and hold people accountable
- Comfortable managing to measurable goals and giving direct, actionable feedback
- Organized, resilient, competitive, and effective in a fast-paced field environment
- A consistent leader who brings integrity, urgency, and positive energy to the team
Preferred
- Canvassing leadership experience is strongly preferred, but we’ll also consider proven leaders from other high-performance sales environments.
