Field Marketing Representative

Responsibilities

• Visiting businesses throughout the Chattanooga area.
• Meeting business owners, managers, entrepreneurs, and community leaders.
• Introducing HookMeUp TV's free advertising opportunity.
• Building authentic relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Helping interested merchants complete a simple registration.
• Organizing your daily visits, contacts, and appointments.
• Identifying creative opportunities to expand our community presence.
• Connecting interested merchants with our team for additional services.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the Chattanooga area.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated through work, volunteer service, or other meaningful experience.
• Excellent organizational habits and time-management skills.
• A professional, clean, well-groomed appearance appropriate for representing HookMeUp TV in local businesses.
• The ability to work independently and take initiative.
• A demonstrated commitment to community involvement, including active volunteer service.
• A dependable employment record with strong professional references.
• Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and represent our organization with integrity.
• Education: A high school diploma or GED is acceptable. Candidates without traditional educational credentials may also be considered when supported by a strong, stable employment history and demonstrated people skills.

Preferred

• Chattanooga-area resident with familiarity with the local business community.
• Bilingual communication skills, especially English and Spanish.
• Previous promotional marketing, community outreach, brand ambassador, or consultative sales experience.
• Experience working with nonprofit organizations, charitable initiatives, or community development programs.
• Established relationships with local businesses, civic organizations, or neighborhood groups.
• A consistent record of long-term employment and professional commitment.
