Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop Field Marketing Representatives
• Lead from the front and model successful customer engagement
• Coach team members to consistently generate high-quality customer opportunities
• Develop effective neighborhood and territory outreach strategies
• Set clear daily, weekly, and monthly performance expectations
• Track KPIs and use performance data to drive improvement
• Conduct team meetings, field training, role-play, and individual coaching
• Hold team members accountable while helping them reach their potential
• Create energy, healthy competition, recognition, and momentum
• Identify and develop future leaders

Requirements

• Experience in field marketing, direct sales, customer acquisition, or team leadership
• A track record of achieving goals and improving team performance
• Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
• The confidence to coach, correct, and maintain accountability
• A competitive and results-driven mindset
• High standards and a strong work ethic
• The ability to motivate different personalities and build team chemistry
• A desire to grow into greater leadership responsibilities
