Field Marketing Associate

Responsibilities

• Increase brand awareness and sales through event marketing, demonstrations, and promoting New Bath Today’s brand
• Represent New Bath Today’s brand at Costco in store events including planning and coordination, generating leads, and scheduling appointments
• Engage with prospective and existing customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Act as a subject matter expert for customers by answering questions about our products and services while showcasing New Bath Today’s value and expertise
• Utilize a consultative sales approach to educate customers on all New Bath Today’s service and product offerings
• Obtain complete information from clients for the purpose of scheduling appointments
• Provide additional marketing support by calling inbound/outbound leads and other various marketing-related tasks
• Other duties may include supporting additional markets, assist in training new team members, track and report on event results

Requirements

• 1 year of customer service experience required, (retail sales experience is preferred)
• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel with large, branded items
• An outgoing, friendly personality, and the ability to drive a conversation
• Ability to follow a proven process to generate sales appointments
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Evening and weekend availability

Preferred

• retail sales experience is preferred
• Industry experience is preferred but not required
