Job Summary

Own the on-the-ground events program by researching and building community partnerships, coordinating materials and logistics, and driving lead capture at local outreach opportunities.

  • Lead on-site engagement with parents and families while capturing emails for marcom programs.
  • Measure ROI and post-event impact to optimize future clinic outreach and branding.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify local events, establish community collaborations, and networking opportunities aligned with company goals and target audiences.
  • Organize marketing materials, giveaways, signage, and event inventory to ensure readiness for all events.
  • Coordinate event logistics including registration, vendor communication, materials, staffing, scheduling, and setup requirements.
  • Attend community events, school events, and local outreach activities.
  • Set up and break down event booths, tables, signage, and promotional materials
  • Interact with parents, families, and community members in a professional and friendly manner and capture emails for marcom programs.
  • Promote company services and answer general questions.
  • Evaluate event performance through lead tracking, attendance, engagement, ROI, and post-event reporting.
  • Manage event documentation including budgets, invoices, permits, photos, and recap reports.
  • Maintain organization of event supplies and materials.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships through professional, approachable, and customer-focused interactions.
  • Consistent availability to work evening and weekend hours and events.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods during events
  • Must be able to perform event-related duties that require extended periods of standing, walking, and interacting with attendees.

Preferred

  • Bilingual is a plus (Spanish)
