Job Summary

Support product marketing operations and asset management for iRobot, coordinating go-to-market materials and regional messaging.

  • Own asset management workflow across the iRobot DAM and Confluence for product marketing.
  • Must-have: Strong organizational skills and multi-project management.
  • Standout: DAM and Confluence experience supporting regional messaging and translations.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the Product Marketing team with go-to-market activities including regional communications, messaging, creative, and various task management needs.
  • Work closely on asset management across internal systems, as well as participate in creative reviews on various projects.
  • Organize and manage product marketing materials and assets within the iRobot DAM (Digital Asset Management System)
  • Organize and manage product messaging within Atlassian Confluence system including management of translated messaging content with regional partners & Localization Team.
  • Manage development of sell-in materials including brief development, reviews, and file management with internal Creative Services and regional marketing teams.
  • Support various research projects with Consumer Insights Team
  • Monitor competitive activity and preform qualitative/quantitative analysis to provide summarized feedback
  • Other ad-hoc projects as needed

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a BS or BA in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications (preferred)
  • Highly organized with superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and consistency
  • Strong experience working with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment working with multiple team members
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Demonstrated interest in Marketing, Branding, Communications, and consumer products
  • Have reliable transportation to the Bedford, MA HQ

Preferred

  • Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suit is a plus
  • Experience in database software desired
