Job Summary
Own and drive external marketing and partnership efforts to grow census across Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living, aligning referral networks, campus representation, and cross-functional admissions while monitoring trends to uncover growth opportunities.
- Growth and referral development across SNF/AL: build partnerships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, home health agencies, hospice providers, and community organizations.
- Campus representation and outreach: serve as the primary ambassador at health fairs, networking events, senior expos, and community engagements.
- Cross-functional admissions & analytics: collaborate with Admissions, Nursing, Executive Leadership, Business Office to smooth transitions and optimize occupancy.
