• Prepare daily briefing summaries

Requirements

• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Strong writer and communicator
• Tech-savvy (HubSpot, Google Suite, PowerPoint, AI tools)
• Proactive—you don’t wait to be told
• Calm under pressure and solution-focused
• Comfortable working directly with senior leadership
