Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to find the real issue from numbers, not feelings.
• An owner\'s mindset: you bring solutions, not just questions.
• Confident client communication, including telling clients what they don\'t want to hear while keeping their trust.
• Excellent organization and the ability to manage 15 to 20 accounts without anything slipping.
• Working knowledge of performance marketing, including Meta ads, email, ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
• Clear, professional communication and the ability to direct internal teams.

Preferred

• Experience at or with a DTC or apparel brand, a Shopify or DTC-focused agency, hands-on ad management, or team leadership is a strong plus but not required.
