Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Executive Messaging & Content Strategy
  • C-Suite Positioning: Craft high-converting, authoritative executive messaging tailored specifically to C-level operational and business technology leaders.
  • Strategic Content Ownership: Develop executive briefing materials, C-level presentation decks, exclusive research insights, and thought leadership assets that position Regrello/AFO as essential to back-office AI transformation.
  • Exec-to-Exec Program & Target Account Advancement
  • Build Executive Sponsorship Models: Establish and lead a scalable Exec-to-Exec Program matching Salesforce/Regrello executives with C-level enterprise customer prospects.
  • Pipeline Acceleration: Drive deal sourcing and advancement through targeted executive introductions, strategic touchpoints, and tailored deal-closing experiences for high-value enterprise accounts.
  • Executive Influencer Ecosystem: Identify, cultivate, and activate industry influencers, key enterprise champions, and peer-advocates to elevate brand authority and trust among C-suite buyers.
  • World-Class Owned & Industry Events
  • Bespoke AFO Events: Own and execute high-touch, exclusive Agentforce Operations (AFO) executive events designed for intimate, high-value C-level engagement.
  • Salesforce Ecosystem Activation: Seamlessly plug Regrello/AFO into major Q3/Q4 Salesforce World Tours—prioritizing New York, Chicago, London, and Strategic Innovation Centers (SICs)—alongside Operating Unit (OU) executive programming.

Requirements

  • Enterprise Track Record: 10+ years of executive marketing, enterprise ABM, or field marketing experience in enterprise B2B SaaS (Salesforce ecosystem experience strongly preferred).
  • C-Suite Mastery: Deep understanding of how C-level executives think, consume content, and make purchasing decisions, with a proven history of managing high-stakes executive programs.
  • Event & Program Execution: Exceptional history of conceptualizing, organizing, and executing elite, high-ROI executive events within major industry circuits (e.g., World Tours, Dreamforce).
  • Strategic Messaging: Elite verbal and written communication skills with a flair for distilling complex enterprise AI products into sharp, compelling executive narratives.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Ability to partner seamlessly with Sales, Executive Leadership, Product Marketing, and Ecosystem Alliances to drive measurable pipeline growth.

Preferred

  • Experience in supply chain, back-office operations, or consulting.
