Own cross-functional people, marketing, and operations initiatives to drive growth and culture at a professional services firm.

Own the integration of HR, marketing enablement, and operations with executive leadership to support growth.
Define and track metrics for people, brand, and operations performance to drive accountability.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead HR strategy: recruiting, retention, performance, compliance
Drive marketing & business development: brand, digital presence, client growth
Oversee operations: vendors, IT, facilities, budgeting, and office management
Advise firm leadership on culture, risk, and organizational performance
Align people, marketing, and operations with firm growth objectives

Requirements

5+ years leadership experience (law firm or professional services preferred)
Proven ability across HR + marketing/business development + operations
Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR practices
Strategic, decisive, and comfortable operating at the executive level

Preferred

Experience in a law firm or professional services environment (preferred)
