Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of client-facing events, including seminars, CLE programs, webinars, receptions, sponsorship activations, and industry conferences aligned with firm priorities.
  • Draft event communications, including invitations, confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and post-event correspondence.
  • Manage complex event timelines, RSVP tracking, materials, signage, and on-site logistics.
  • Assist with venue coordination, vendor management, speaker logistics, and CLE documentation.
  • Track and maintain event budgets and support post-event reporting.
  • Coordinate logistics with internal departments where necessary.
  • Coordinate and track sponsorship deliverables, including advertisements, logos, attendee lists, exhibitor and booth materials, and deadlines.
  • Submit advertisements and branded materials in accordance with required specifications and timelines.
  • Draft sponsorship packets, ad copy, event listings, and related promotional content
  • Coordinate booth logistics, branded collateral, and promotional item inventory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of marketing or event coordination experience; law firm or professional services experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality required
  • Effective written communication and proofreading skills
  • Highly organized: able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CMS platforms, email marketing tools, and LinkedIn preferred
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to work effectively with attorneys, clients, and vendors
  • Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential information
  • Collaborative, service‑oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work occasional early mornings, evenings, or travel for event
