Events Assistant

Responsibilities

• Helping set up, run, and break down client promotional sales events — activations, retail promotions, pop-ups, and roadshows, not private or social functions
• Preparing and managing the materials, signage, and product/campaign displays a promotional event needs to run properly
• Keeping timing and on-site logistics under control so nothing slows down the reps generating customer conversations
• Talking directly with attendees and potential customers, representing the client's brand clearly and honestly as part of the sales effort
• Learning our structured customer acquisition process from the reps and coaches working alongside you at each event
• Reviewing how each event performed with a coach afterward — what drove results, what to adjust next time
• Growing toward a specialism over time, whether that's customer acquisition or coaching/leadership

Requirements

• No degree or prior events/sales experience required
• Organized, and calm when a few things need handling at once
• Curious and willing to improve — we care more about attitude than a resume line
• Takes feedback well and actually uses it — this matters more than experience
• Reliable and on time, with a way to get to our Philadelphia office and promotional event sites daily
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, public-facing sales environment — this is active, on-your-feet work, not a desk job
