Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a professional retail environment to provide information about products, services, and promotions
• Support in-store marketing initiatives and customer engagement activities
• Assist customers with product questions and purchasing decisions through strong communication and customer service
• Maintain knowledge of current products, pricing, promotions, and campaign updates
• Support merchandising standards and maintain organized promotional displays
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to support campaign objectives and daily operational goals
• Track and report daily activity and performance metrics as required
• Follow company policies, procedures, and professional standards at all times

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a customer-facing, team-oriented environment
• Self-motivated, dependable, and professional attitude
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required

Preferred

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or related industries is beneficial but not required
• Interest in professional development within marketing, sales, or retail operations
