Job Summary
Own on-site brand representation and front-line outreach to engage customers, onboard new clients, and support sales through promotions and lead-generation activities.
- Customer Engagement & On-site Representation: connect with customers and partners to drive visibility and trust.
- Onboarding & Campaign Support: learn client products, represent them accurately, and assist with onboarding and marketing campaigns.
- Sales & Lead Generation: support sales activities, generate leads, and promote brand initiatives at events and in person.

Responsibilities
- Build positive connections through clear, confident communication with customers and client partners
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and collaborative planning
- Learn and understand client products/services to represent them accurately and enthusiastically
- Support sales activities, new customer onboarding, and lead-generation efforts
- Assist with brand promotions, product awareness, and marketing campaigns
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with people in person
- Solid interpersonal abilities and an interest in leadership or team-oriented roles
- A high school diploma or equivalent; further education is beneficial
- A proactive mindset and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, people-focused setting
