Job Summary

Own the end-to-end consumer engagement in a retail setting by educating customers on promotions, generating leads, and representing the brand through direct marketing while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Engage face-to-face daily with potential new consumers and educate them on current promotions within the retail sector
Provide excellent customer service for existing clientele
Represent the brand through direct marketing campaigns
Interact with consumers and provide quality customer service.
Act as a point person for all consumer relations
Generate leads and drive SALES

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) is preferred but not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
