Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers in partnered retail locations
• Represent client brands in a professional and enthusiastic manner
• Educate customers about products, services, and current promotions
• Support customer acquisition and sales initiatives
• Assist with promotional marketing campaigns and brand awareness efforts
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and leadership development
• Learn how to track performance and work toward individual and team goals
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to help improve campaign results
• Develop communication, sales, customer service, and leadership skills

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• A high school graduate or equivalent
• Confident and comfortable communicating with people
• Motivated, dependable, and willing to take initiative
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Open to coaching and professional development
• Interested in building a career in sales, marketing, business development, or management

Preferred

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus, but not required
