Entry-Level Event Marketing & Communications Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing and executing promotional events, fundraising campaigns, and community initiatives.
• Engage with the public, donors, and event attendees to increase campaign awareness and participation.
• Represent nonprofit organizations and communicate campaign information professionally.
• Support event setup, promotional materials, displays, and on-site coordination.
• Assist with campaign tracking, attendee engagement, and event feedback.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution.
• Contribute creative ideas to improve promotional campaigns and community engagement.
