Responsibilities

• Engage with community members to promote nonprofit programs and campaigns
• Support community outreach, fundraising, and promotional initiatives
• Build positive relationships with community members, volunteers, and supporters
• Assist with event setup, registration, and logistics
• Represent nonprofit organizations in a friendly and professional manner
• Track engagement, attendance, and campaign results
• Work with a team to achieve outreach and event goals

Requirements

• 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Have a high school diploma or GED; college coursework is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, dependable, organized, and adaptable
• Comfortable working in public-facing environments
• Can work occasional evenings, weekends, or community events

Preferred

• College coursework is a plus
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, fundraising, marketing, events, or nonprofit work is a plus
• Transferable skills for future careers in leadership, event management, marketing, fundraising, and nonprofit programs
