- Own and refine AI analytics workflows for entertainment campaigns
- Lead ITW metric implementation across TikTok, Reels, and YouTube
- Translate complex data into client-ready reports and dashboards
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Co-Develop AI Analytics Workflows: Partner directly with technical leadership inside Claude Projects to build, test, and refine advanced prompt chains, system instructions, and categorization rubrics that analyze short-form campaign engagement.
- Intent-to-Watch Attribution: Help operationalize our proprietary Intent-to-Watch (ITW) metrics across TikTok, Reels, and YouTube—training models to separate authentic ticket-buying/tune-in friction from passive fan reactions.
- Campaign Data Management: Ingest social comment threads, engagement telemetry, and creative performance logs into our analytical workflows, ensuring clean data hygiene and structured outputs.
- Post-Campaign Reporting & Client Presentations: Prepare comprehensive post-campaign wrap reports and actively present performance findings, intent data, and creative takeaways directly to studio, network, and brand clients.
- Executive Studio Deliverables: Translate complex social and sentiment data into clear, boardroom-grade reporting modules, case studies, and dashboard-ready insights for film distributors and streaming marketing executives.
- Cultural & Genre Calibration: Continuously calibrate our analytical frameworks and prompt guardrails against changing internet slang, memes, and platform formats across theatrical, streaming, and gaming releases.
- Operational Agility: Support company leadership with campaign tracking, presentation decks, and ad-hoc analytical runs to keep our data-driven offerings moving fast.
Requirements
- 2+ Years of Direct Experience (Required): You must have at least two years of hands-on experience in data analytics, campaign performance measurement, or digital research within the entertainment sector—such as at a film studio, streaming platform, entertainment research consultancy (e.g., NRG, MarketCast), or media agency managing entertainment accounts.
- Client-Facing Presence & Communication: You are comfortable presenting data narratives to external partners, answering client questions on performance methodology, and translating technical AI metrics into clear marketing insights.
- Entertainment & Social Fluency: You love movies and TV. You understand box office tracking metrics, streaming premiere dynamics, and TikTok/Reels culture intuitively.
- High-Velocity Builder Mindset: You thrive in an environment where you have the autonomy to innovate quickly. You want to test new AI-driven analytical ideas in the morning, iterate rapidly alongside leadership, and see your work deployed directly into client deliverables by the end of the week.
- Relentless Attention to Detail: You catch subtle sentiment nuances, classification edge cases, and data inconsistencies before anyone else does.
- Comfortable with Growth: You understand the "contract-to-hire" path of an agile, fast-scaling company and are excited about building a permanent home here as we expand.
- AI-Native Power User: You use frontier LLMs (specifically Claude and ChatGPT) daily. You understand prompt framing, structured JSON outputs, system instructions, context windows, and how to spot logic errors or hallucinations.
- Master of Campaign Data: High proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for data structuring, pivot analysis, and reporting hygiene. Familiarity with Airtable or Notion databases is a strong plus.
- Presentation & Design: Experience using Google Slides, Canva, or Keynote to craft compelling, narrative-driven decks, with the ability to confidently speak to data in client meetings.
- Data & Scripting Aptitude: A major or background in Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field. Light Python, SQL, or automation experience (Zapier/Make) is a plus, though strong prompt literacy and analytical judgment come first.
