Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Consolidate and organize internal and customer artifacts related to specific government acquisitions.
  • Gathering information on competitors from multiple external and internal sources, including 3rd party research, Win/Loss data, and publicly available material.
  • Apply critical thinking and analysis to competitive knowledge to generate new insights reflected in high-impact materials, messaging, and strategies.
  • Collaborate with Capture Teams, Business Groups, Competitive Intelligence, Proposal Center, and Position to Win team members to enable company success over competitors.
  • Provide an objective perspective on strengths and weaknesses based on research.
  • Synthesize data into actionable analysis and risk reduction recommendations.
  • Support the streamlining and automation of Business Development processes and procedures to better support the BD, Capture, and Proposal phases supporting the growth of the company.
  • Support data entry and data quality in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
  • Oversee Business Development SharePoint site(s) to enable Knowledge Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a Financial or Business Analytics field.
  • Strong communication, analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Strong data consolidation, organization, and analysis skills.
  • The ability to perform competitive intelligence and market research.
  • Experience in a role that required strong time management and adaptability to change.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, time sensitive and often multi-tasking environment.
