Job Summary
Serve as the client-facing advisor for Taxwell, ensuring advisory input informs how the company applies tax credits and deductions and aligns with the software experience.
- Consultation: Advise on client needs and how Taxwell guidance translates into actions within the service offering.
- Engagement Bridge: Interface with Taxwell teams to translate advisory input into actionable outcomes.
- Customer Insight: Represent client perspectives to help improve product and service delivery.
