Own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing execution for premium brands, from brief and asset coordination to deploys and optimization across Klaviyo flows, segments, and personalized content.

  • Collaborate with strategists, designers, and clients to ensure timely, accurate campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo following strict plans and segmentation schedules
  • Create briefs using proprietary AI tools
  • Review work from designers before sending to clients
  • Prepare work for review following various format requirements
  • Generate subject lines, preheaders and SMS copy using proprietary AI tools
  • Build customer segments and audiences per plan
  • Build and QA campaigns, flows, personalization, dynamic content, and conditional logic
  • Manage campaign calendars and deployment schedules
  • Coordinate creative assets and production timelines
  • Make simple edits and change requests on-demand in order to meet tight deployment deadlines

Requirements

  • 3+ years of email or lifecycle marketing experience
  • Strong hands-on Klaviyo experience
  • Experience building sophisticated automated lifecycle flows
  • Strong segmentation and customer targeting experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple projects without sacrificing quality
  • A genuine interest in AI and modern marketing workflows
