Job Description
Responsibilities
- Build and grow lifecycle journeys for donors and volunteers
- Manage email programs in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (and Pardot)
- Bring our newsletters to life (internal + external)
- Expand and optimize funnels, flows, and segmentation
- Help grow and engage our recurring donor program—the BunkHead Club
- Partner with our marketing team on campaigns, events, and PR moments
- Dive into performance data and make smart things even smarter
Requirements
- Has 3–5+ years in email/lifecycle marketing
- Has hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (required)
- Knows how to grow and engage a database (not just send emails to it)
- Can balance creativity with data-driven thinking
- Wants their work to actually mean something
