Email Marketing Coordinator - Remote

Responsibilities

• - Develop and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns across multiple brands and business units
• - Build audience segmentation and targeting strategies to improve engagement, conversion, and customer retention
• - Manage automated lifecycle marketing flows, including welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and win-back campaigns
• - Collaborate with Brand, Creative, Ecommerce, Sales, and Social teams to coordinate customer communications
• - Manage email and SMS marketing calendars around business initiatives, product launches, and promotional campaigns
• - Monitor email deliverability, subscriber engagement, and database health
• - Analyze campaign results and use testing, experimentation, and data-driven insights to improve performance
• - Track and report key email and SMS metrics
• - Provide actionable recommendations to support marketing growth and improve campaign effectiveness

Requirements

• - At least 5 years of experience in email marketing, SMS marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing
• - Demonstrated success executing email and SMS marketing programs within a direct-to-consumer (DTC) business
• - Experience managing high-volume customer communications and marketing campaign calendars
• - Hands-on experience with email and SMS marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Attentive, or similar technologies
• - Strong understanding of audience segmentation, marketing automation, deliverability, and customer lifecycle marketing
• - Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and turn findings into actionable recommendations

Preferred

• - Experience supporting multiple brands, product lines, or business units
• - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience will be strongly considered
