Email Marketing Coordinator

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, marketing coordination, or a related role preferred.
• Experience with an email marketing or marketing automation platform; experience building and deploying email campaigns strongly preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.
• Comfort working with data and campaign performance metrics, with the ability to identify trends and insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (Monday.com preferred); experience with project management, e-commerce, CRM, or analytics tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of assignments, and thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. · Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting. · Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions. · Required to use stairwells to attend meetings and engage with employees on multiple floors throughout building.
