Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, & Marketing Automation
  • Develop and execute email marketing and SMS campaigns for multiple consumer-focused brands
  • Create compelling copy, subject lines, and calls-to-action that drive engagement and conversions
  • Design visually appealing email templates, incorporating distinct brand guidelines and best practices
  • Create dynamic content and messaging based on visitor data and behavior
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize and improve performance
  • Build and manage HubSpot marketing automation workflows, including triggered emails and customer journeys
  • Monitor, audit, and troubleshoot workflows to ensure proper functionality and performance
  • Create and optimize lead capture forms in HubSpot to support database growth, segmentation strategy, and automated lifecycle marketing initiatives
  • Create and manage lists within our database, including strategic segmentation, list hygiene, and growth strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2-4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing
  • Hands-on experience building and managing automated workflows within HubSpot or a similar platform
  • Experience with Canva or similar graphic design tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized

Preferred

  • Understanding of seasonal guest behavior and planning cycles
  • Experience with HTML and CSS
