Responsibilities

• Assist with full-cycle early careers program management, from planning and recruitment to onboarding, development workshops, and program evaluation.
• Coordinate and execute recruitment events, including scheduling interviews, organizing campus career fairs, and preparing logistical materials.
• Support the creation and delivery of talent development workshops and initiatives designed to engage and grow talent.
• Manage Early Careers & Employer Brand program-related tasks, such as keeping requisitions updated, tracking data, social media posts, and creating recruitment materials.
• Partner with external stakeholders, universities, and vendors to promote Apex programs and ensure operational success.
• Provide on-site and virtual support for recruiting events, onboarding or development workshops, and team initiatives, reinforcing Apex’s commitment to creating a positive employee experience.
• Travel to attend recruitment fairs, campus visits, and development events as required.
• Incorporate Agentic AI into workflows to automate and analyze various processes across Early Careers and Employer Brand including reporting, engagement and survey metrics, event management, communications, employee referrals, etc.
• Support the launch and management of an employee brand champion program to strengthen engagement and promote Apex as an employer of choice.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Internship or experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, event planning, or project management is strongly preferred.
• Leadership experience in campus organizations such as fraternities, sororities, or student councils is a plus.
