• Experience on ERP (PO Processing and Shipping related preferred)
• Monitor customers enquiries through chat-based messaging system or phone call with excellent communication skill
• Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Ebay, WooCommerce, Amazon, Walmart
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data using Google Analytics , Excel, and platform analytics to monitor KPIs and improve conversion rates.
• Digital Marketing Knowledge: Experience with SEO best practices, email marketing tools, and Facebook Business Manager.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Creating reports on sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates.
• Monitor shipping labels through Shipstation or LTL carrier
• Coordinate your assistant with warehouse on RMA process and warranties.

We are looking for someone who is responsible to anything from their work assignments to their work attendance.

• Communication: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to fix technical issues like resolving Amazon related disputes and other problem solving management for your team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
