E-Commerce Manager

Skyne Beauty is looking for a full-time E-Commerce Manager to help own and grow our online sales channels.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands both the operational and growth sides of e-commerce. You’ll work closely with the founder and team to manage our online storefronts, improve customer experience, track performance, and identify opportunities to grow revenue.

What you’ll work on:

• Manage and optimize our Shopify store and online marketplace channels
• Maintain product listings, pricing, promotions, bundles, and merchandising
• Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rates, and overall e-commerce performance
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion and revenue across channels
• Coordinate inventory and product availability across online stores
• Support launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
• Troubleshoot day-to-day e-commerce and marketplace issues
• Build regular reporting and turn performance data into clear actions
• Work closely with marketing, creative, operations, and the founder

What we’re looking for:

• Experience working with e-commerce brands, marketplaces, or DTC businesses
• Strong understanding of Shopify and online retail operations
• Comfortable working with data and making decisions based on performance
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple channels at once
• Someone who enjoys taking ownership and working in a fast-moving environment
• Beauty, skincare, wellness, or consumer brand experience is a plus

Role: Full-time

Location: San Francisco, CA | Hybrid

Compensation: $80,000–$95,000/year
