Responsibilities

• Building and executing DTC programs in Shopify and Klaviyo: storefronts, flows, campaigns, and conversion optimization that move the needle
• Building and executing B2B programs in Klaviyo, Shopify Wholesale, Faire, and other platforms
• Full-lifecycle strategy, from first purchase to repeat buyer to brand loyalist
• Client relationships end to end, including strategy calls, reporting, and delivering an incredible experience
• Leading and developing a small delivery team across client accounts
• Driving creative calendars with our brand, creative, and leadership teams
• Using Apex to speed up campaign production and sharpen performance

Requirements

• 4+ years in e-commerce, lifecycle, or email marketing for consumer brands
• Hands-on Klaviyo experience: flows, segmentation, A/B testing, and deliverability
• Working knowledge of Shopify storefronts and optimization
• Experience owning client accounts at an agency, or owning channel results in-house
• Experience leading or mentoring others, formally or informally
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication

Preferred

• Klaviyo certification
• Both agency and in-house experience
• B2B or wholesale experience (Faire, Shopify Wholesale)
• Shopify subscriptions
• Experience using AI tools in your day-to-day marketing work
