Own end-to-end e-commerce growth across DTC and B2B channels, driving first purchase to repeat purchaser while leading a small delivery team and accelerating campaign output through cross-functional collaboration.

Own multi-channel e-commerce playbooks across Shopify storefronts, Klaviyo flows, and conversion optimization for DTC and wholesale programs.
Guard client relationships and coordinate with brand, creative, and leadership to deliver fast, high-impact campaigns.
Scale campaigns and explore AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency and team performance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Building and executing DTC e-commerce programs in Shopify and Klaviyo - storefronts, automations, campaigns, and conversion optimization that move the needle
Building and executing B2B programs in Klaviyo + Shopify Wholesale, Faire, and other platforms
Developing full-lifecycle e-commerce strategies: from first purchase to repeat buyer to brand loyalist
Owning client relationships and delivering an incredible customer experience
Leading and managing a small delivery team across client accounts
Collaborating with Apex to accelerate campaign production and performance
Driving creative calendars and working cross-functionally with our brand, creative, and leadership team to move fast and win

Requirements

Shopify - storefront, subscriptions, optimization
Klaviyo Certified - campaigns, flows, segmentation, A/B testing, deliverability
DTC / omnichannel e-commerce marketing
Both agency and in-house experience
Creating e-commerce marketing strategies that drive conversion
Managing a portfolio of amazing brands

Preferred

Experience leading and building high-performing teams
Interest in using AI to work smarter
Klaviyo certification focus in practice (beyond basics)
Founders/brand-centric mindset
Ability to scale campaigns across multiple channels
