Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive sales and profitability
Identify growth opportunities across Amazon, Shopify, and additional online marketplaces
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms
Manage Seller/Vendor Central accounts, including listings, pricing, and promotions
Optimize product listings (SEO, keywords, A+ content, images)
Oversee PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP)
Monitor account health, compliance, and performance metrics
Manage and optimize the Shopify storefront for UX, conversion, and performance
Coordinate website updates, product launches, and promotional campaigns
Implement SEO and CRO best practices

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
3–7+ years of experience in e-commerce management
Proven success managing Amazon and Shopify platforms
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller/Vendor Central
Experience with Shopify backend and apps ecosystem
Proficiency in PPC advertising (Amazon Ads, Google Ads preferred)
Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.)
Data-driven decision-making
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent project management and organizational abilities
