Own the ecommerce growth engine for a beauty brand, leading Shopify store optimization, marketing automation, and paid media to drive online revenue and increasing conversions.

  • Own Shopify store growth strategy and execution across CRO, SEO, and UX.
  • Lead Klaviyo email/SMS flows and coordinate Meta and Google Ads (in-house or via agencies).
  • Define and track KPIs like conversion rate, ROAS, AOV, and revenue.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize our Shopify website
  • Increase online sales and conversion rates
  • Improve product listings, collections, and merchandising
  • Manage email and SMS marketing (Klaviyo)
  • Oversee Meta and Google Ads performance (or work with agencies)
  • Analyze website performance and recommend growth strategies
  • Improve SEO, CRO, and customer experience
  • Plan promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns
  • Track KPIs including conversion rate, ROAS, AOV, and revenue

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Shopify ecommerce experience
  • Proven track record of growing online sales
  • Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and GA4
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Beauty or consumer products experience is a plus
