Responsibilities

Shoot & Edit Photos
EXPERT working knowledge of Photoshop on PC platforms
Maintain an organized folder structure and work environment
Audit and optimize product listings on Big Commerce/Amazon
Excellent technical and communication skills are important
Ability to work independently, responsibly & professionally
Photo retouching digital files for final product image must be in plain white background
Manage and grow all company social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube) with engaging, on-brand content
Shoot, clip, edit, and optimize short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) from long-form content such as podcasts, interviews, and speeches
Shoot, write, and edit content for multiple platforms

Requirements

* Proven experience in photography, photo editing, photo manipulation, videography, and post-production workflows.
* Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere; familiarity with Capture One; experience with Final Cut Pro is a plus.
* Strong understanding of color management and color theory to produce visually consistent content.
* Skilled in filming, video production, art direction, and storytelling through visual media.
* Knowledge of social media management tools and strategies for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or LinkedIn.
* Excellent eye for detail combined with the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
